STEPPING OFF HAUL TRUCK WITH RT. LEG EXTENDED TOWARDS GROUND. RT. FOOT STEPPED ON ICE ON GROUND, RT LEG EXTENDED BACKWARDS CAUSING KNEE SPRAIN. THE WEATHER WAS SNOWING AND BLOWING. THE EE HAD PREVIOUS SURGERY ON RT. KNEE PRIOR TO COMING TO WORK FOR COMPANY.
