Strong Rock and Gravel · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

The employee and owner were lifting a rock onto a small flatbed trailer. When laying the rock down it slipped and employee caught his finger tip, at the finger nail. Conditions were dry and no equipment was involved.
