THE INJURED EE WAS CONNECTING CHAIN SPREADERS TO A CONVEYOR TO MOVE THE HEAD PULLEY END APPROX. 2 FEET. HE MOTIVIONED THE LOADER OPERATOR BACK, TO HOOK THE INSIDE CHAIN. THE OUTSIDE CHAIN PULL ED THE CONVEYOR SUDDENLY TOWARDS THE LOADER WHICH CAUSED THE INJURED EE TO FALL AWAY FROMT HE LOADER TO THE GROUND.
