Miner was finished tightening a flashing on Powerscreen 1400 portable tracked screen plant. Said EE stumbled, probably on a rock, when turning towards EE's service truck and caught self from falling with R arm using service truck to keep from falling. This is EE's account of what happened. EE did not report this until next day. Inj to shoulder. EE placed on lite duty for 60 days.

EE WAS CHANGING THE EXHAUST STACK ON A KENWORTH DUMP. SAYS THAT DIRT WENT AROUND SAFETY GLASSES AND THEY RUBBED IT, LODGING METAL IN THE EYE.
