THE SUBJECT PUT HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE TOP OF THE ROP CAB OF FRONT-END LOADER AND HEADER OF DOOR TO DETERMINE IF THE MACHINE WOULD CLEAR THE DOOR HEADER. THE LOADER MOVED WHILE HIS FINGER WAS THERE AND SCRAPED AND PINCHED THE TIP OF THE MIDDLE FINGER OF HIS LEFT HAND.
