EE WAS MEASURING DRIVE PULLEY DRUM FOR NEW LEGGING. HE HAD HIS TAPE MEASURE ACROSS DRIVE PULLEY WHEN THE BELT WAS STARTED UP. THE BELT CAUGHT THE TAPE PULLING EE'S HAND AND WRIST INTO THE PULL EY RESULTING IN A CUT ALL THE WAY AROUND HIS WRIST AND PULLING THE FLESH AND SKIN DOWN TO HIS FINGERS.
