Employee was working around plant area when they walked along uneven ground. The employees foot landed on uneven surface resulting in broken bone in ankle. Employee was treated at local medical center.

Removal of a guard was taking place by employee. The guard came out of its hinges and struck employee in the left hand causing a laceration to the tip of the pinky finger. The laceration was deemed necessary for immediate physician evaluation. Another employee transported injured employee to nearest Emergency Room.
