EE WAS SQUATTED DOWN IN FRONT OF AN AXLE HOUSING USING A HAND GRINDER TO GRIND A PORTION OF THE SHAFT. THE GRINDER KICKED BACK AND CUT HIS LEFT KNEE. RESULTED IN A DEEP CUT THAT REQUIRED STITC HES AND STAPLES.
