EMPLOYEE WAS GREASING THE BREAKER WHEN HE PUT HIS HAND ON THE BELT. WHEN HE PUT WEIGHT ON THE BELT IT FORCED THE COUNTER WEIGHT TO SHIFT MOVING THE BELT AND PULLING HIS HAND INTO JAW. RIGHT HA ND ALL FOUR FINGERS INJURED.
