EE suffered a severe finger inury at 2:30 pm while operating a barrel trimming machine. He wipe away debris from the machine was operating to wipe the tile clean of debris. He failed to turn the rotary blade off. Blade struck his left ring and middle fingers. removal of approx. half inch of the left ring finger and approx. one inch of the left middle finger.

HE CAUGHT HIMSELF WITH HIS LEFT HAND, WH ICH WAS TRUCK BY THE BLADE. INJURIES OPEN FX INDEX FINGER, OPEN FX MIDDLE FINGER SUSEQUENTLY AMPUTAUTED LACERATION.
