THE EE WAS WALKING TO ADJUST A CONVEYOR BELT, MISJUDGED THE HEIGHT OF A STEEL SUPPORT BEAM AND RAN INTO IT WITH HIS HARD HAT. THE IMPACT KNOCKED HIM DOWN AND HE BACKED OUT FOR A FEW SECOND. FO R A SHORT TIME HE LOST FEELING AND MOVEMENT OF HIS LEGS THE RESULT OF A SPIRAL CORD CONTUSION.

WHILE CLEANING T-ROLLS ON CONV. HIS RIGHT HAND GOT TRAPPED BETWEEN T-ROLL AND HOPPER WALL. HIS RIGHT HAND WAS BURNED AND BRUISED FROM THE BELT THAT WAS STILL RUNNING.
