Employee was striking a chisel while carving a piece of stone. A small chip broke off the chisel, resulting in a minor laceration on left thumb. The chip did not exit, remaining in thumb area. Injury 5/17 - continued working. Complications caused employee to seek medical attention on 5/28/13.
