EE REMOVED A GUARD FROM A MOVING CONVEYOR BELT AND WAS USING A BAR TO CHIP ICE FROM THE TAIL ROLLER. THE BAR SLIPPED AND EE'S HAND WAS PINCHED BETWEEN THE BELT AND TAIL ROLLER. INJURY CONSISTE D OF 3 PINCHED FINGERS. NO CUTS OR BROKEN BONES RESULTED.
