CRUSHER LABORER WAS PREPARING TO PRY A ROCK IN CLOGGED VS1 CHUTE, DID NOT WAIT FOR EQUIP. TO SHUT DOWN, BAR SLIPPED INTO VS1 AND ROTATED, HITTING WORKER'S LEG AS HE STRADDLED TOP OF CHUTE, AND BROKE HIS FIBULA.
