The miner was removing a section of an elevated walkway when the walkway beneath EE fell. The miner fell approximately 18 feet to the concrete pad below. The miner received injuries to the ribs, elbow, kidney and spleen. The miner is now nearing full recovery from injuries, but has not yet returned to work.

Miner was in the process of adjusting rigging to move a section of a stationary conveyor when a suspended bracket on the conveyor fell on EE's right hand.

RESOLVE AGGREGATE, LLC.. · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Miner was assisting setting a pulley assembly when a chain lever hoist lowered the assembly and the assembly pinched the tip of EE's right hand beneath one of the assembly bearings and the support for the assembly. The miner required stitches to the tips of two metacarpals.
