EE WAS PRIMING THE PUMP FOR THE WASH PLANT PRIOR TO STARTUP. AS HE WAS PUTTING THE CAP BACK ON, HE HAD ANOTHER EE START THE PUMP AND THE CAP BLEW OFF AND HIT HIM IN THE FACE.
