EMPLOYEE WAS DECENDING FROM THE PREPEARTAION PLANT FLOORS STAIRWAY. HE MISJUDGED THE SECON TREND AND FELL HALF WAY DOWN THE STAIRS BEFORE REGAINING HIS BALNCE.
EMP. USING IMPACT WRENCH TO IMPACT EREXTION BOLTS. PIN SECURING OCKET TO WRENCH BECAME PARTIALLY EXPOSED AND AS IT TURNED THE PIN CAUGHT THE LEFT HAND, LACERATING IT BETWEEN THE 2ND AND 3RD FINGERS. THE WOUND WAS STITCHED CLOSED AND ADRESSING APPLIED BY ATTENDING PHYSICIAN.
