Was grinding pontoon when grinder caught on steel and jumped up and cut his chin

SUNRISE MATERIALS · Struck against stationary object

EE got his finger cut with the edge of a 12" pipe while operators were performing maint. on the dredge. The injured finger is the right little finger or "pinky". Operator was wearing his P.P. E. at the time including gloves. EE was taken to the hospital immediately and doctors will determine the damage.

Sorters Road Sand & Gravel · Struck by flying object

Employee, who is sorter sand mechanic was changing the travel motor on the Samsung excavator. He placed a steel on the sleeve of the excavator causing it to shatter and send flying metal. A piece of this metal hit EE on his eyebrow. He required stitches.
