Bob-O-Link-Associates Llc · Struck against a moving object

EE REPORTED TO WORK ON 11-16-2005 & STATED THAT HE HAD SORENESS IN HIS NECK & SHOULDER. HE FELT HE MAY HAVE HURT IT THE DAY BEFORE OPERATING HIS LOADER WHEN HE WENT INTO A BANK & HIT SOMETHING SOLID & IT JOLTED THE LOADER. HE DIDN'T NOTICE ANYTHING UNTIL LATER THAT EVENING AT HOME. HE HAD 3 DAYS LOST & 3 DAYS RESTRICTED. SEASONAL OPERATION THAT OPERATES AS WEATHER PERMITS.
