EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING DOWN A TREE, IT STARTED TO FALL TOWARD EMPLOYEE. AS HE TRIED TO GET OUT OF THE WAY SEVERAL OF THE BRABNCHES HIT EMPLOYEE ACROSS THE FOREHEAD. EMPLOYEE WAS SENT TO TH HOSPITAL WHERE HE RECIEVED APPROXIMATELY 7 STITCHES ACROSS THE FOREHEAD.
