HELPING TO CARRY A PULLER PLATE DOWN THE STAIRS ON THE DRY END OF THE SECONDARY OPERATION. HE SLIPPED BACKWARDS AND THE PULLER PLATE SLIPPED ON THE ARM, PINNING THE LEFT ELBOW AGAINST THE SAFE TY RAIL, RESULTING IN AN INJURY TO THE ARM. THE MIDDLE FINGER ON THE RIGHT HAND WAS IMPACTED ON THE FINGER NAIL.
