The employee was cleaning roots off the crusher, when a rock bounced up and hit her thumb causing bleeding. She then reported to the supervisor who then administered first aid to stop the bleeding and took her to the emergency room. She was treated and released. She was given antibiotics and pain medication and took 1 day off. Drug test Negative

9:30 AM, EE knocked his finger with a rock, which caused it to bend backwards. The Supervisor brought EE to the office, he was given a drug test (negative) and then taken to the emergency room. He was treated and released, the results, EE had a broken finger. The doctor advised EE to refrain from work 1-2 days, EE was given pain medication.
