EMPLOYEE WAS LIFTING A TOOL BOX UP INTO THE BED OF A PICKUP TRUCK. HE SAT THE TOOL BOX DOWN ON THE TAILGATE. HE WENT TO TURN THE TOOL BOX TO SLIDE IT UP INTO THE TRUCK BED. THIS IS WHEN HE FELT A SHARP PAIN IN HIS LOWER STOMACH.
