EE WAS WORKING A MACHINE IN HEAVY RAIN, IN TIGHT QUARTERS. HE CUT A PIECE OF THE WIRE WITH SIDE CUTS AND THE CUT PIECE GRAZED HIS RT CORNEA. OPERATOR SAYS HE REMOVED HIS SAFETY GLASSES DUE TO IMPAIRED VISION BY THE HEAVY RAIN.
