EMPLOYEE WAS RESTING HAND ON TOP ADJUSTMENT HEAD OF ROCK SPLITTER WHEN THE HYD CYLINDER TURNED OUT, MIDDLE FINGER ON RIGHT HAND WAS CUT OFF BETWEEN CYLINDER AND STOPPING BLOCK. FINGER WAS LOA ST AT THE MIDDLE JOINT.
