EMPLOYEE WAS ATOP AN ELEVATED PLATFORM FILLING UP THE WATER TRUCK.EMPLOYEE WAS APPARENTLY IN A HURRY AND WHILE RUNNING DOWN THE STEPS AND GRABBING THE HANDRAILS HE LANDED WRONF TWISTING HIS RI GHT KNEE.KNEE IMMEDIATELY SWELLED UP AND EMPLOYE WAS TAKEN TO URGENT CARE FACILITY NEARBY THE PLANT.
JACKING DOWN BRACE ON TRAILER, JACK BECAME HUNG,UP, JACK SPRUNG OUT AND STRUCK HEAD.
