EMPLOYEE WAS EXITING THE OURSIDE BATHROOM AND AS EMPLOYEE CLOSED THE BATHROOM DOOR A LARGE BUMBLE BEE LANDED ON HER RIGHT FORE ARM AND STUNG HER. EMPLOYEE'S ARM SWELLED UP. EMPLOYEE WAS SENT T O E.R. FOR TREATMENT. EMPLOYEE IS ALLERGIC TO BEE STINGS.

EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON THE REAR WHEEL ASSEBLY WITH THE TIRE REMOVED. EMPLOYEE WAS UNDER THER EAR PART OF TRUCK WHEN THE TRUCK ROLLED FORWARD OFF THE JACK AND PINNED EMPLOYEE BETWEEN THE TRUCK FENDER AND REAR BUMPER AND THE GROUND. THE TRUCK WAS NOT PROPERLY CHICKED ALLOWING THE TRUCK TO ROLL FORWARD, EMPLOYEE NEGLIGENCE CITED.
