WEATHER WAS DRY AND SUN SHINING,EQUIPMENT WAS DRY. EMPLOYEE WAS ON SCREEN TO CLEAN OFF SOME ROOTS AND GRASS HIS FOOT SLIPPED HE FELL ABOUT 7-8 FT ON HIS RIGHT HIP AND BRUISED IT.
