While attempting to tighten down a bolt with a washer the Employee failed to use a tool in a rush to secure the nut down to the bolt, the Employee used a half inch battery powered impact gun using EE's left hand while trying to hold a washer with EE's right hand run the nut up and caught EE's right index finger while wearing EE's gloves.
