Employee was pulling on pipe while cleaning up area. Pulled something in chest area. On 7/4/06 he noticed a knot in his chest area.

EE WAS PUTTING A TARP ON TOP OF THE DREDGING HOUSE. AFTER DOING SO HE FELL WHILE CLIMBING DOWN. HIS ANKLE HIT THE FLOOR OF THE DREDGE AND THIS JARRED THE LEFT SIDE OF HIS NECK. TORE LIGAMENTS IN NECK.
