Working on a motor pulley, employee's hand was caught in a pinch point. Laceration to right, small (pinky) finger and broke the end of right, small (pinky) finger.

Employee was repairing bent leg of dredge suction cage and was heating it with a torch. Second employee reach to move it and grabbed the hot piece of metal with employee's bare hand, Employee received Less than 1% second degree burns to employee's right hand.
