ACCIDENT HAPPENED HILLTOP PIT WHICH WAS OWNED BYIVAN SCHWORM. IVAN WAS OPERATING THE LOADER AFTER HOURS. APPARENTLY HE WANTED TO DO SOME ADDITIONAL SITE WORK. THE AREA WHERE HE WAS WORKING WAS NOT CONDUSIVE FOR A LOADER (HILLY & UNEVEN). THE LOADER ROLLED OVER CRUSHING THE OPERATOR. IVAN WAS UNDER COBALT & CHEMO-THERAPY TREATMENT FOR A BRAIN TUMOR. HIS REFLEXES WERE NOT AS GOOT AS
