EMPLOYEE(INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR), WAS ATTEMPTINGTO CUT A POLY-PIPE USING A HAND HELD GRINDER WITH A SKILL SAW BLADE ATTACHED. THE HAND TOOL GOT AWAY FROM HIM AND CUT HIS LEFT HAND. THE TOOL BE LONGED TO THE CONTRACTOR.
