EE WAS OPERATING A DOZER IN SHOT ROCK. HE ALLEGES HIS BACK STARTED TO HURT WHEN HE BACKED THE DOZER OVER A ROCK AND WAS SHAKEN. IT WAS NOT KNOW EE HAD SOUGHT MEDICAL TREATMENT BECAUSE OF VACAT ION SCHEDULING.
