EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING A BOLT IN CUTTING EDGE WHEN ANOTHER EMPLOYEE MOVED THE CUTTING EDGE CAUSING IT TO FALL OFF FLOOR JACK. EMPLOYEE'S FINGERS WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN CUTTING EDGE AND FLOOR CAUS ING LACERATION TO MIDDLE FINGER FINGER WHICH REQUIRED SUTURES.

EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING INSTALL A CAMSHAFT INTO A D-7 ENGINE BLOCK.THE CAMSHAFT HAD TO BE INSTALLED FROM ABOVE AND DROPPED DOWN INTO THE BLOCK AND IN DOING SO ONE OF THE CAMSHAFT LOBES CUT HIS FI NGER.THE LACERATION TO HIS FINGER REQUIRED STITCHES.

INJURED EE WAS HELPING ANOTHER EE INSTALL A MUFFLER ON A MOTOR GRADER.L A CRIB BLOCK WAS BEING USED TO STRIKE THE MUFFLER TO GET IT ONTO THE MANIFOLD. THE CRIB BLOCK FELL, MASHING INJURED S FI NGER AND LACERATING HIS HEAD. HIS FINGER REQUIRED TREATMENT AND A SPLINT.
