Employee was repairing a tooth face which had broken off of a bucket of a 4600 Manitowoc dragline, while making an adjustment on his welder he tripped on a rock and fell down and landed on the rock with his left knee.

Employee states that after power washing he was caked up with grease so he used a little grease gobbler on his hands and arms to remove the grease. He rinsed several times and then splashed water on his face and it began to burn from the reside of the grease gobbler on his hands.
