FOLLOWING WELDING WORK DONE ON A BLAST HOLE DRILL RIB, A FIRE ERUPTED DESTROYING THE RIG. NO ONE WAS INJURED. FIRE EXTINGUISHERS FROM THE RIG WERE USED AND LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENT ALSO ASSISTED IN QUELLING THE FIRE.
