INJURED EMPLOYEE APPROACHED AN EMPLOYEE WHO WAS PICKING SLATE FROM BEHIND AND WAS ACCIDENTALLY STRUCK BY A DISCARDED PIECE OF SLATE. INJURY CONSISTED OF A FACIAL CUT REQUIRING SUTURES.
