EMPLOYEE WAS FEEDING MATERIAL TO CRUSHER WITH LOADER. AS HE WAS READY TO DUMP A LOAD OF MATERIAL INTO THE CRUSHER, THE BACK END OF THE LOADER RAISED UP AND SWUNG AROUND. THE MATERIAL BERM GAVE WAY AND THE LOADER ROLLED DOWN THE HILL LANDING UPSIDE DOWN. EMPLOYEE RECEIVED SLIGHT SCRAPES AND BRUISES.
