W HEN THE BAGGER 7RIED TO ADJUST THE CABLE, HE FELL DOWN ON THE ROLLERS, ON WHICH HE WAS STANDING. THE MAN DID NOT USE PRESCRIBED PROCEDURE FOR WALKING ON ROLLOR TABLE.
