LOADER OPERATOR WAS BACKING DOWN OFF A STOCKPILE WHEN HE RAN OVER A LARGE CLUMP OF CLAY WITH THE RIGHT REAR WHEEL. THIS CAUSED THE LOADER TO FLIP TO THE LEFT OVER A 10 FT. EMBANKMENT. THE OPER ATOR JUMPED OFF TO THE RIGHT BEFORE THE LOADER TURNED OVER.
