EMPLOYEE WENT TO CHIROPRACTOR 7-22-85 FOR REGULAR VISIT AND TOLD DR. HE HAD MORE PAIN THAN USUAL. DR. INFORMED EMPLOYEE THAT IT WAS A NEW INJURY 7-23-85 EMPLOYEE RETURNED TO CHIROPRACTOR, WHO MADE X RAYS AND REFERRED EM TO M.D. WHO REFERRED HIM TO RADIOLOGIST WHO ORDERED A CAT SCAN. CAT SCAN REVEALED DETERIORATION OF THE SPINE FROM A PRIOR INJURY.
