On 03/23/2013 at about 0200 am an approximately 60 lb boulder struck employee on left elbow after apparently coming off of a conveyor. Employee returned boulder to conveyor and felt fine. on 03/24/2013 employee reported to his foreman that his left arm and elbow had shooting pains and numbness from finger tips to shoulder. Emergency room Dr. diagnosis of deep contusion.
