OWNER OPERATOR TRUCK DRIVER CAME INTO PIT TO GET GRAVEL. HE LOADED HIS OWN TRUCK. HE HAD BEEN INFORMED NOT TO GET ON LOADER. NO EXPERIENCE IN OPERATING LOADER. HE LET ENGINE DIE MACHINE STARTING ROLLING BACKWARD HE GOT FRIGHTENED & JUMPED OFF. BROKE KNEE WHEN HE JUMPED.
