Working out of a boat hanging power cord on float frames next to the dredge pipe. Front of boat slipped under pipeline, allowing forward movement of the boat, pinning person between metal bench seat and pipeline.

Employee cut his right thigh with a utility knife while splitting a pipeline sleeve.
