EMPLOYEE WAS BACKING A FRONT END LOADER UP A DIRT RAMP AND WHEN HE POSITIONED THE MACHINE TOO CLOSE TO A 6-7 FOOT VERTICAL BANK, THE LEFT REAR TIRE SLID OFF THE BANK CAUSING THE MACHINE TO FLI P UPSIDE DOWN AND PINNING THE EMPLOYEE BENEATH.
