OPERATOR WAS STANDING OUTSIDE THE CAB OF THE DOZER MAKING SOME REPAIRS, WHEN DIRT CAVED IN ON THE MACHINE PUSHING EMP INTO THE MACHINE CAUSING HIM TO CUT HIS FOREHEAD AND TWIST HIS ANKLE.
