Miner was stepping down from 330 excavator and lost footing and slipped. Slip caused EE to lose grip on grab bar. EE put right hand out to catch self and hit the track on the way down with right index finger, injuring right index finger. Went for treatment 1/9/24 and was diagnosed with fractured right index finger.
