EE WAS DRILLING IN THE PIT, GOT UP ON THE TRUCK--THREW THE JACK HAMMER ONTO THE GROUND (HE STATED HE THREW THE HAMMER ON THE GROUND), APIECE OF SLATE FLEW UP AND HIT HIM IN HIS LEFT EYE.
INJURED WAS DOING STRENYOUS WORK (LIFTING STONE AND SWINGING A 10 LB HAMMER, HE ATE LUNCH, FELT SICK. HE WENT HOME AND IMMEDIATELY TO THE DOCTORS AND WAS TAKEN BY AMBULANCE TO THE HOSPITAL DU E TO HAVING A HEART ATTACK.
