EMPLOYEE WAS DRIVING A ROCK TRUCK. HE WAS TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL AND THOUGHT HE HAD A TURN LEFT WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THE STEERING WHEEL STOPPED CAUSING THE EMPLOYEE'S WRIST TO TURN BACK RE SULTING IN A SPRAIN, LEFT WRIST.
EMPLOYEE WAS ST5NDING ON A SNOW COVERED CRIB BLOCK PUMPING OIL INTO ROCK TRUCK.EMPLOYEE'S FEET SLIPPED OFF OF BLOCK CAUSING HIM TO FALL.EMPLOYEE PUT HIS HAND OUT TO CATCH HIMSELF CAUSING HIM T O BREAK HIS LEF7 WRIST.

THIS IS A REOCC6RRENCE OF AN ACCIDENT WHICH OCCURRED ON 12-9-86, WHILE THE EMPLOYEE WAS CHANGING A BATTERY IN A ROCK TRUCK. THE EMPLOYEE STRAINED AND FRACTURED HIS RIGHT ELBOW AND SHOULDER WHE N HE LIFTED THE3BATTERY ONTO THE ROCK TRUCK. THE EMPLOYEE RETURNED TO WORK 4-2087 AND WORKED UNTIL 5-8-87.
